Terms of Use

MBS Guru is operated by Digital Hub Solution Private Limited, CIN U74999DL2018PTC336239, registered office Office No. 201, Plot No. 20, Third Floor, Parmesh Business Tower, Karkardooma Community Centre, Delhi 110092, India.
Acceptance
By accessing or using MBS Guru, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable policies published on the platform.
Platform
MBS Guru provides technology infrastructure enabling educators to create, upload, manage and deliver educational courses and enabling students to access educational content and services.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. Users are responsible for activities performed through their accounts.
Prohibited Use
Users shall not use the platform for unlawful purposes; share or misuse another person's account; copy, download, reproduce or redistribute educational content without authorization; bypass platform security; introduce malware; scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the platform; upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory or misleading content; or misrepresent identity or qualifications.
Educational Content
MBS Guru may not independently verify every statement, teaching method, claim or educational material uploaded by an educator. Educators remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership/authorization of material they upload.
Course Access
Course access is subject to applicable course, subscription and payment terms. MBS Guru may suspend or terminate access where there is fraud, misuse, and violation of terms, non-payment or other legitimate grounds.
Intellectual Property
The MBS Guru platform, software, branding, design, trademarks and platform-generated materials belong to MBS Guru or its licensors. Educator-created materials remain subject to the rights and licenses applicable to those materials.
Availability and Liability
MBS Guru will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MBS Guru shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Educator Agreement
The following Educator Agreement applies to every educator (coach, trainer, academy or institute) who creates courses or uploads content on MBS Guru, in addition to the Terms of Use above.
Eligibility
The educator represents that information, qualifications and credentials provided to MBS Guru are accurate and not misleading.
Ownership
The educator retains ownership of original educational materials created by the educator, subject to the license granted to MBS Guru under this Agreement.
License to MBS Guru
The educator grants MBS Guru a non-exclusive, worldwide license, on the commercial terms agreed, to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, distribute and make available the educator's content solely for operating, promoting and providing agreed platform services.
Content Responsibility
The educator represents that uploaded material does not knowingly infringe third-party intellectual property, does not contain unlawful or prohibited content, does not violate confidentiality obligations, does not unlawfully disclose personal information and is suitable for the intended educational audience.
Student Information
Educators shall use student information obtained through MBS Guru only for authorized educational and platform-related purposes and shall not independently sell, misuse or disclose student information.
Fees and Settlements
Course fees, platform charges, commissions, taxes, settlement timelines and deductions shall be governed by the commercial arrangement agreed between MBS Guru and the educator.
Removal and Termination
MBS Guru may remove, restrict or suspend content where it reasonably believes the content violates law, intellectual-property rights, platform policies, security requirements or this Agreement. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for material breach, fraud, and infringement, misuse of student information or security violations.
Confidentiality and Indemnity
Educators shall maintain confidentiality of non-public information relating to MBS Guru, students, platform operations and other educators. To the extent permitted by law, the educator shall be responsible for losses, claims or liabilities arising from unlawful conduct, infringement or breach of this Agreement.
Intellectual Property & Content Policy
MBS Guru IP
The MBS Guru name, logo, website, software, platform design, interface, trademarks and proprietary technology are owned by or licensed to MBS Guru and may not be copied, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Educator Content
Educators are responsible for ensuring that they own or have obtained sufficient rights, permissions and licenses to upload and distribute educational materials through MBS Guru.
Third-Party Content
Educators shall not upload copyrighted books, videos, images, examination papers, software, photographs or other third-party materials without appropriate permission or a lawful basis.
Student Restrictions
Students may access educational content only for permitted personal educational use. Unauthorized recording, copying, downloading, redistribution, resale, public posting or commercial exploitation may result in suspension or termination and may expose the user to legal liability.
IP Complaints
Rights holders who believe material on MBS Guru infringes their rights may submit a written complaint identifying the material, claimant's rights, location, supporting documentation and contact details to info@mbsguru.com.
Action
MBS Guru may review, restrict or remove allegedly infringing material where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law and may take appropriate action against repeat infringement.
Additional clauses
Courses, live classes and other educational content on MBS Guru, including in the MBS Guru mobile app, are offered by independent educators and academies. Each academy publishes its own terms, privacy policy and refund policy, which are shown on its website and in the app under Settings › Legal.
MBS Guru may update these Terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.
