Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your MBSGuru account and the personal data attached to it. There are two ways to do it.

1. From inside the app (fastest)

Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Confirm with your password and the deletion runs immediately — no waiting, no e-mail round trip.

2. From this page

If you have already uninstalled the app, fill in the form below with the e-mail address on the account. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, and e-mail you when it is done.

What is deleted immediately

• Your name, e-mail address, phone number and postal address
• Your profile photo, cover image, bio and social links
• Your saved cart and wishlist
• Your notifications and push-notification registrations
• Your signed-in sessions and two-factor authentication secrets

What we keep, and for how long

• Purchase invoices and payment records — kept for 8 years because tax and accounting law requires it. These are unlinked from your name and e-mail address, so they can no longer identify you.
• Course-completion certificates already issued — kept so that anyone you gave a certificate to can still verify it.
• Server security logs — kept for 90 days, then automatically purged.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any courses you purchased will no longer be accessible, and we cannot restore your progress or certificates afterwards.
